KATERINA PAPAMARKOU

A registered psychologist, Katerina has over 17 years of experience in organisational consultancy roles, providing a broad range of key psychological consulting services. Katerina has extensive experience in delivering successful projects and services that make a tangible and positive difference to people in the workplace.

Previous to Ariston Consulting Solutions, Katerina’s background includes working as a senior consultant providing coaching, training, assessment, leadership development, mediation and workplace counselling. She has also provided career management services including career guidance and career transition, worked as a Psychologist in educational settings and has also run a successful private practice.

In each of her roles, Katerina has consulted for many organisations and industries (both government and private) including Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, FMCG, Education, Mining, Accounting & Legal Services, Healthcare, IT, Hospitality, Transport, Agriculture & Construction.

Professional Achievements

Following the completion of two degrees in 1994 in Melbourne, Katerina was employed in two roles – as a psychologist for key organisations providing on site services and also as a school psychologist.

Her career then took her to a senior consultant role with Corpsych (now Davidson Trahaire Corpsych) where she was appointed State Manager. Thereafter Katerina joined Proteus Career Solutions and Chandler Macleod as a Senior Consultant specialising in career management, outplacement and career development activities.

More recently, Katerina has been running her own consulting practice where she has provided psychological assessment services, leadership coaching services, career guidance and management services, and learning & development programs. She is also running a successful private practice providing assessment and counselling services to referred clients.
